The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is migrating its online application system for General Acute Care Hospitals (GACH) and Acute Psychiatric Hospitals (APH) from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to Microsoft Power Platform. The AEM GACH/APH online application system will be decommissioned on February 12, 2026 at 5:00 PM PT. There will be a temporary period without access to the online application system through March 1, 2026. During this time, providers must submit new applications via email to: GACH-APHInterim@cdph.ca.gov. For questions and inquiries, please contact CABHospitals@cdph.ca.gov or CABNLTC@cdph.ca.gov.
